Us Modular Hydraulic Systems Ltd is located in Aldershot, Hampshire
and is managed by Alan Dudman. This shop has been built in
responce to customer demand for our range of hydraulic
products. It is the aim of Modular Hydraulic Systems Ltd that
you experience the highest quality service possible from our
online shop as
you would from us directly.
Disclaimer Before using our website, please read the terms
set out below. By Using this website you agree to be
bound by the
terms of use. We reserve the right to review and revise the
terms from time to time, without prior notice. By using
this site you
are automatically bound by any such changes. If you find the
terms to be unacceptable you must immediately terminate your
use of this website
Terms Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure the highest level
of accuracy of information within this site, we assume no responsibility
for errors, mispellings, incorrect prices or other such oversights.
However, we would like to ensure you that we will do our best
in all instances to make good any short comings resulting from
such errors once brought to our attention.
Product
Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel all
orders where required, for reasons such as unavailability
of stock or errors regarding
pricing. Where credit has already been recieved we will repay
the full amount, including taxes and postage etc, the same day.

you have a complain, please email the details to sales@mhs.co.uk

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of
receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a
two week period. The consumer will be informed throughout the
process.
Statutory
Rights Nothing contained within our Terms and Conditions
in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.
Deliveries All deliveries are made by Royal Mail, First Class.
Back
Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order
for you which might involve a longer delivery date which you
will be informed of via e-mail. However, this shop service incorporates
an integrated stock control systems which means that out of stock
products should not be available on line.
Payment All
payments are processed immediatly via Paypal and credit card
details are not kept on record.
VAT All
prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated on the total value of
the order, including carriage at the rate of 17.5% for UK orders.
VAT is not charged on non UK orders.
